Construction of individual buildings

The company specializes in the construction of individual residential buildings sphere. We do general construction works, reconstruction, restoration, and we repair residential buildings and other accommodations. The company without local construction materials uses ones purchased working together with Lithuanian and foreign companies.

Calibrated, antiseptically processed and dried up to 20 % of dampness wood is used for the production of the structures. The accuracy of the produced elements is up to 2 mm (for width, height, and length).

Prefabricated houses are produced according to the individual projects or made by our company. The company is able to do all construction works, starting with zero cycle and ending with interior finish works – to the keys are handed over. 

Wood-frame houses are warm, ecological, quickly fitted, easily replaned, and renovated.
